Thomas DENTON Worshipful Master 1778 – Our 2nd Master.
Founder member in 1777, and a Bookseller.
Unfortunately, some 12 years later in 1789, he together with a John Jones were found guilty of “coining” in a trial at the Old Bailey in London, and executed on the gallows before the Debtor’s Door in the Old Bailey on 6th July 1789
